Question is this boost normal for the fiesta rs turbo?

right got my boost guage fitted to my fiesta rs turbo, when you put your foot down in 2nd, 3rd, 4th once the boost comes in at 2500 rpm roughly it will stick to around 6psi, when the revvs go above 4500rpm the boost will creap to around 8psi for some reason, is this normal?

the car is totally standard apart from a scorpion exhaust!

Nothing to worry about...

A standard car wll have a boost limit that will cut off the fuel if to much boost is used.

but i thought when boost kicks in around 2500rpm isnt the boost meant to be the same up the whole revv range?
