hiya, ok im not a phone person hate em really, but i got a phone on t mobile about 2 months ago, ive registered with the t mobile website etc, i can log in etc it shows my number, my details, address etc, and how much credit, i only topped up once through the website, worked ok, but it wont let me do it now...

comes up saying error, try another card, and when i click to register another card, it says

"The system cannot validate a card with the data you provided"

wtf, i havent even entered anything yet

so i thought ok, log out and re register, but when i put my phone number in, it says not a valid phone number wtf ive been using it for about 2 months.....

fooking mobiles, fookin bin the lot of em i would

 

Phone customer srvices mste that what they are there for.Ive been with t mobile over 3 n half years and have never had a problem,i have a con tract though.
