Default fire at carbon tec :(

Hey guys

So i was browsing some of my fav cossie porn sites and found this on the home page for carbon tec!

Important Notice

Sorry to all our customers old and new but due to a fire at our production facility yesterday 22nd December 2008 our shop will be closed. We have yet to access the full extent of the damage but fear that the majority of our moulds have been destroyed.

They even had some pics of a YB rocker cover that was on its way to production. I hope they did not lose to many of the moulds

However in saying that, in web development (my day job) sometimes if somthing real real real bad happens it allow you to start from scratch or take a diffrent twist on things as you have the oppitunity to step back. So lets hope the Carbon Tec will raise from the ashes on 09!

Ww

P.S i loved all of there pieces, but only in the matt finish! the gloss finsih is to shiny for me.

Never nice hearing news like this Even worse considering the time of year as well

Barry is a spot on bloke (spent loads of his time this year on custom r&d into loads of bits for the Focus RS lads on the RSOC)

Hopefully he'll be up & running again soon doing what he does best
