Default Brake upgrade for 3dr Cossie??

Folks,
What's the most reasonably priced upgrade for 3dr Cossie brakes, something that works good but won't cost an arm and a leg.
The car in question has front calipers that are seized due to lack of use.

Thanks

I got some K-sport 8 pots and 356mm for £700 through apex performance although I am not sure they do cossy fitment might be worth checking out? They are used by several of the time attack competitors.

Thanks for the replies folks.
As for the price I was thinking of paying, something around 500...am I in dreamland?
Is it worth just getting the existing ones re-conditioned?

There are 17" wheels on her, but 16" Esc. Cossie wheels may be fitted in the future.

Cheers

for that kinda money its possible
dont expect anyhing top of the range or new
but 2nd 6 pots do come up at that money
or a set of focus rs calipers or fiat brembo's can be used to make a brake kit up mate

fiat brembos get my vote.

not sure what cheap standard disk from another car will fit onto them, but there must be one!

i dont think you will get bigger calipers with running escort cossie rims

they are almost too close for comfort using standard calipers & escort cossie rims

rs focus 324mm disks and std 4wd calipers (with a little fettling) fit under 16" momo alloys with about 5mm clearance between caliper and wheel so may fit under 16" cosworth = CHEAP!

I assume you mean new Fiat discs and pads? In other words will the existing Cossie discs work with the Fiat Brembo calipers?

Focus rs discs, evo 7 brembo callipers, brackets are simple to make, discs are about £150 for ebc drilled and grooved, callipers normally go for £200.
