Default anyone run a bd10 inlet and std ex cam?

Does anyone with this set up get a sort of flat spot when say at low revs/speed ie doing a 3 point turn or pulling of from a round about etc,only asked about this cam set up because sum one said its could be down to the inlet cam!

Not many people rate this cam, from what i have read.

Im just a train driver so can't advise you.
