Both controllers don't seem to vibrate anymore
They was both working fine, lil red light for the analog bit lit up an all.... Then the only thing I done is delete a few old game data bits from the mem card (GT3, WRC and some other game I can't remember)
Noticed it ain't working (vibration) on either controller now, regardless of what game is in, red light still comes on both of em, analog till works, just no vibration.... Noticed while playing GT3 so went to options (in game) and had a looked and the vibration option was set to ON for both yet still no work. Can't seem to find any other setting or options in the PS2 set up/settings bit.....
Any idea's? Pissing me off

Thrush Certainly sounds like someone in your house likes the sensation of vibration

There is a setting to switch Vibrate on/off! I recon if you check that you will get your vibration back

Thats what I'm asking - where do I find this setting? In the game (GT3) cos that is set to vibrate ON and it ain't vibrating.... Had a look thru the strat menu when you turn PS2 on with no disc in and couldn'y find any setting, so where is it?

In GT3 options then option 4! (but am guessing you have done this)
I was certain there was a setting when you booted up the PS2, but on checking I can see 1! I guess am mistaken possibly getting mixed up with the X box!
May be worth loading another game seting vibrate to on and seeing if works on another game!
Good luck!

Right just tried it! Took out mem card, loaded up GT3, went to do a race and no vibration
Pissing me off this! Both controllers are Duelshock II, both did vibrate before, now won't vibrate at all, either one in either slot with any game with and without mem card

seen a few listed on ebay where they say controllers stopped vibrating, so i assume its a common fault with PS2s...
go a goodle search to check tho...
will need repairing, or sell your PS2 on ebay and buy another one... lol
