Need a new car must have 4 doors, doesnt matter if its diesel or petrol
buget of around £7k

For that money and that use, I'd be all over an E39 530d Sport... or if fuel really isn't an issue, then pick up an E39 530i Sport for less, with less mileage on it.

It means if you were to take the car out on a PCP finance agreement, you woould have the GMFV at the end of the agreement, which ultimately means, say your car was only worth 50p, BMW would guarantee to buy the car back off you for AT LEAST what you owe on finance. So no chance of negative equity.
So....
you pay £xxx for 24 or 36 months, then you have a GMFV of £XXX at the end of the term, you have three options now, Hand the car back, part exchange the car if you have any positive equity in it, or refinance the GMFV if you like the car loads!

^^^^^^^ Agreed ^^^^^^^ We have had ours for near on 3 yrs now and were looking at changing it for the Estate version.
Brilliant motors, excellent spec even without extras added and quite quick as well.
