getting my s2 on the rollers this fri :)
getting my escort s2 on the rolling road at TORQUE OF THE DEVIL this friday.
i really hope everything goes ok man. always a worry lol.
engine has been bored to 1.9
bajoo chip
piper cam
quaife box
paddle clutch
magnex 4" exhaust
wot ya rekon? its neva had a propa setup.
i dont know rest of SPEC. will try find out when i get setup

Okay so it has been "bored out" to a 1900 - it has a chip in it of some map that we don't know and it has a cam made by piper and u want us to tell u the BHP of it?
Are you serious?
Stage 1 chip on a std good engine might make around 165bhp. So I guess you might be somewhere above that. maybe as high as 200?

I think he may just be nervous of it going bang ?
If it is ok it will be ok, if it's not been built right it could go bang, but few do.
My cossie spends some 4/6 hours at a time on the rollers, and has 150,000 + miles on it, I have no idea what power your may make, other than to say when set up correctly the best bhp for that spec.

if it is being set up whilst on the rollers then thats fine ...
but seriously why would you run a car that has not been set up in an enviroment where its gonna get its nuts revved off ????
have seen a few cars fail on rollers so i hope yours will not be one of them ...

but seriously why would you run a car that has not been set up in an enviroment where its gonna get its nuts revved off ????
have seen a few cars fail on rollers so i hope yours will not be one of them ...

I would say it would depend on what intercooler you are running. Stock cooler maybe 180bhp if you have something like a GRS etc then maybe 200 or a smidge more

he aint 100% but maybe if i had new turbo then power could be better
but im happy with that soo not got any plans so to speak

do you know wot turbo is on it then?, i do agree it sounds more like yours is pretty much standard internally 1600 to make that power/torque at quite high boost.
