I have a series 2 RS Turbo and I intend to 4x4 cossy it, but I require some help please.
I Would like to know if anyone has any pictures or information on the conversion.

 

Andrew Gallacher Motorsport, or Jacko from on here is the guy that is going to build mine. Blacky?? had one, wenny on here too! theres a few of us mate. Pm them and i'm sure they'd be happy to help, i think i have got jacko's number somewhere, i will have a look for you.

 

If you look in the restoration section Lloyd built one by himself..

He's since broken it up for bits/parts but i'm sure his thread will still be alive

off to jackos in the new year for all paint and body work ,

havent got any pics , but im sure you could pop down to smoggyville and take some , measurements etc ,

ohh when i say building , i mean putting it together ,

the shells already been fully converted ,

but karl and jack at blue oval could sort you out if your not up to the task ,

 

I was gonna say there is a post in the restoration section which a guy has bought a sierra and a mk3 escort and he has cut the sierra floorpan away and welded the escort on but like u said u have all ready got the shell sorted.

 

lol , glen ive just bought a motor , and running gear , and other bits

projects definatley moving swiftly , its off to be blasted and then painted and the new panels i have fittted jan-feb

then its just buying all the new trick bits to fit it out with , and plonk my naughty engine in that karls building

ohh and then upset a few people lol

get a sierra shell and a good clean escort shell and ill do it for you

 

freind of mine phoned me today to say that he had bought a s2 shell converted to run a cossy
dont know where it came from or who done it yet, find out more over tye weekend
i'm starting the build in a month or so, will try get photos and stick them in the resto room

 

there has been a few for sale latley cutch nearly had one but just missed out on it
