It is hard being a foreign cossie owner even with having numerous UK contacts but even harder when people don't deliver items ordered out of the UK.

I bought some side skirts from this guy several years ago in the UK on the strict understanding they came with all required clips and were not warped (we all know how they warp over the years). The skirts turned up without all the clips and warped to buggery. At the time I was a new member on here and didnt know anyone but seeing as other people appear to be struggling with the seller, thought I would post my personal experience up. I ended up having to get rid of them.

Hopefully this gets resolved ASAP with either a refund or items delivered.

wow what a prick. Im glad i only deal with one trader and thats Mike-R, when mike sent my gauges out to me the post company he uses went into liquidation and my parcel got lost and mike did everything to find it..it took a couple of days but mike rang everyday to find where it was and in the end we traced it back to the depo in willenhall.. Tabz is full of shit from what iv read on here and needs to grow some balls and stop ripping people off. Simple as really. Lincoln dont give up with him.

I personally think that Tabz has been given every opportunity to provide the information required. I don't want to say any more as Tabz is using any such comments as reasons for not providing the information to Lincoln .

It has to go through the correct processes, and as I said, Stu is now involved, so please bear with him. Obviously it is a slightly different scenario, as Tabz is a fully paid up trader, so he has to be given every chance to prove his side before action can be taken. Unfortuantely Stu only noticed the thread last week and has only just got involved. Hence the delays in some sort of resolution.

last night i got an infraction PM for trying to keep this topic active till TABZ does something about it. The guy even had the nerve on several occasions to tell me to mind my own business etc yet it was HIM that started the original thread anyway as he was challenging another trader who he claimed had ripped off a PF user. the cheek of the guy is astounding

 

Please direct all your queries to Stu, I'm just a moderator and other than trying to do the right thing by the site, I have no control over things like this without consultation with Stu. Given the nature of the incident, it has to be passed on to Admin. Stu is now dealing with this, and it is his decision as to what will be done.

ok so he will not be banned at first but the least u mods/admins can do is stop him from trading until he faxes proof to mike?? the mabye there will be a faster response from tabz ??? then falling this route he should be banned?? if he faxes u the proof he says he got then it finished then aint it?? rwdpete was banned straigt away he never got many chances ?? so what is so the diiferance here?? just my veiws on this its went to far too long ?? and needs sorting out
