it really doesnt take that much to get sectioned. So knowing 2 nutcases makes all mental health patients whove been sectioned fucking mental then does it??
All being sectioned means in most cases is that due to mental illness you lack the mental insight/capability to prevent causing harm to yourself or others, and/or treatment against your will is necessary for your health.

Michele works as a Mental Health Nurse so know pretty much everything to know thats involved with any section as find it interesting.
When I had to do I was advised to plead insanity to have a shorter stint and better conditions.......... Did not go down well in court as mentioned I wanted to get out early and showed no remourse for my actions.

Technically you may be mental at the specific time you hurt someone. But for example some schizophrenics may have only one psychotic episode in thier whole life or are perfectly fine once theyve got right medication/treatment, but so they deserve being locked up for life or carry a stigma that is more disabling than the illness??
Sure people whove killed/seriously harmed others, youve got to balance public safety over the patients freedom IF theres no chance of illness remission and no successful treatment.
