F1 getting cheaper - someone doesn't think so

Just what I've said all along. They can bleat on about the new rules making the sport cheaper but the bigger teams will be able to adapt much better than the smaller ones so they may as well let the rules be a lot more open and bring in turbo's, loads of aero and slicks and make it the pinnacle of motorsport like it used to be
