Default Any one deal with whiplash claims?

As above my girl friend has been involved in an accident this morning and could do with some advice.

She has already been to hospital to get checked out and have said she does..
Admitidly i know nothing about these type of claims, how long whiplash lasts etc etc which is why i have asked for people that know to help with advice.

Am i not right in thinking they cant prove all whiplash? mine was proved by xrays as i chipped the l4? bone in my lower back, got paid 9k for it

best thing to do is go see doctor he will just diagnose mile wiplash, they cant tell anything so if its a bit stiff anyway your not exactly lying are you, then its documented, when i had a crash years ago about 7 months after the crash they asked me to go see there doctor, but it had cleared up before then, so told the truth and said im ok


i still got £1200 though which was handy

i was same went hospital they said i had mild whiplash 3 month later saw independant docter then 3 month after that got paid out £2750

i got a measly £1200 for getting sandwiched
was reffered for physio which was sore ,
they paid for that
none of this refuse first offer etc
one offer and that was that, finished
i was gutted was expecting more
that was me going to doctors etc .come the end of it
you will be fed - up questions phone calls drawings NIGHTMARE...............

I've been rear ended,(and not in a pervy way!!) 5 times now, payouts for whiplash have been £4750, £4600, £2700, can't remember the others, the £4600 was when I had to take the MIB to county court in bury st edmunds!!
The solicitors that Roosies firm use are awsome in thier speed of sorting things out, best ones I have ever know, and that's quite a few.

You should of had the option to refuse offers?? i would of told them to stick it at £1200 we set our minimal claim at £1500 thats for just stress/trauma
