Guitarists look here!!! My new toy!!!
Hey All
After almost a year of trying to find a amp to replace my Mesa Boogie Amps, Preamps and power amps. I found the new Randall RM100 to be the best thing to.
The Randall MTS is basically all tube and has switchable preamp modules which are also tubes.
Best thing is, is the modules are spot on to the amps the modulate. I tried the Randall XTC Module next to the Real Original Bogner XTC and not only did it sound the same but the Randall XTC Module has a tad more gain on tap.
The good thing about this amp is you can get any module you want from a Fender Clean, Marshall Plexi for the Dirty Cleans, Dual Rectifier Tread Plate for that Metallica type crunch rhythm sound to the Bogner XTC for those high gain shreds and sustain.
If you are looking for a new Amp check these Randalls out. No need to by Marshalls, Boogies and Fenders again. You can have it all in a Head.
OK so the Head can only take 3 modules. But if you want 4 Modules, you can buy a rackmount version of the amp but that will require a power amp which randall also do.
Check it out guys. You will not be disappointed.
Oh and Metallica's Kirk Hammett has his own signature

I've got 2 ESP Customs on order. Will never play anything else lol
The amp is amazing. I've got a rackmount boogie rectifier, triaxis and 290 poweramp and i am defo going to get rid of them soon. I'm going to buy the 4 module rackmount and poweramp of this amp and replace the boogie stuff.
You get a better variety of sound with the Randalls. Whatever amp you want, Randall most proberbly have a module for it.

Nice kit mate
I still play guitar but I don't follow the gear side anymore but I think I should get a few mags and stop being so lazy
Genuine 80's JCM 50w
Genuine JC-120 non original speaker
Thats some of my gear, got an old POD pro, custom Wah, Line 6 DL4, Boss CS-3 and some other things I've not used in ages lol

Dude i love the telecaster. Maple necks rule.
I have never found a PRS that i can play comfortably.
The 2 ESPs i have ordered have both got maple necks, EMG81 in the bridge EMG60 in the neck, 1 volume, 3 way toggle, killswitch and a original floyd rose tremolo. Only difference between them is colour. 1 will be black and 1 will be white.

Dude before you go make that purchase i will say go check out the Randall first. The Sovtek is a good amp and i have used it in the studio but its just one tone.
CHECK OUT THE RANDALL. I never thought a amp will ever be as good as a Mesa Boogie but Randall have really delivered a great amp!!!
