Being crushed against a tree by a drink driver who drove off and left me in hospital for 19 months, first three in a coma, 37 fractures, stopped breathing twice at scene, twice in hospital, 27 hours in op theatre, both femurs/tibs fibs, sternum skull ribs pelvis split three places arm humerus, both clavicles, crush injury on brain so now hole in top of brain, lump missing off side of brain, feet crushed, punctured something inside(can't remember what), now got menierres disease as a result going deaf, osteo arthritis, left leg 1 1/2" shorter, two breaks in pelvis that won't heal(very common).
This was close enoguh for me, didn't get a penny, but was on a bike with me crutches in the woods 2 days after getting out of hospital!!
