Waht a good idea, carbon lip for a 3 door spoiler, might save me spraying my fibreglass 500 wing then

how does he plan to blend the edge of the slip on section onto the 3dr fin, the carbon edge will need to be really thin to stop it stepping up at the border edge. One way would be to chamfer down the black part of the existing fin a few mm so that the join is seamless but then it would not fit onto the fin for people who did not mind the raised edge, would there be an option of 2 sizes?

it will be sold as an add on lip, it will all be looked into before they are sold, i will get more info from phil if you want?

piece of piss u use sheet wax over the item that ur molding off that will give u material thickness then just coat it then glass it wola a mold , ive had a rear spoiler sat on my bench for a month just aint had the time to mold it

yeh i could i spose but that busy at the mo tho just finished a load of kevalar off and focus panels i aint even got my cossie stuff finished lol
