Been told to carry photo ID on us at all times to prove that were not working there illegally Anyone else had this?

 

if i dind't have to work, i wouldn't want to give the impression i was working

even less, i wouldn't want to go to a job where i wasn't getting paid to be at

I have photo ID for my position within the company that everyone has and that helps us to get into the building via security, but never heard of it that you have to have either a passport or license on you at all times.

 

not got photo id but when we go in the yard for fuel we have to tell gatehouse-name,reg,trailer number.
my gaffer got 4yards and a few wagons,he started this after he lost a trailer for 3 months,then some1 from the steelworks rang up and said you coming getting this trailer?
my boss had reported it stolen ha!
