Default left my job yesterday

had a few days off last week , got into work yesterday and they gave me a load of grief about it they sent me to meeting with the managers at chigwell told me it was just a 1-1 meeting to check i was happy etc

got there and it was basically a bollocking and they gave me a ultimatum sell 3 house within a week or they would have to reconsider my job

went away really pissed off, gave it some thought on the drive back and realised i cant force/make any one buy 3 house in a week its virtually impossible im targetted on 4 a month usually, so went back handed in my notice and told them i wanted to leave straight away there faces were a picture lol

sort of shot myself in the foot as i have the mortgage to pay and that but this is the first time in my life i aint had a job!!!!

had a interview yesterday afternoon i dont hang about at a honda/ mitshuibishi dealership it seems ok but im going out hand delivering my cv in my suit later hopefully get somthing sorted really fancy audi or somthing a bit more prestigious

back to car sales where the money is at

Good man, best attitude to have

I kinda did the same thing a few years ago, was a temporary supervisor in WHS, kept being promised a permanent position, got pissed off with waiting so I got another job that was 6k more a year, but I got to tell the area manager to poke the job up his arse when he offered it to me permanent they day before I left

Grant, just looked through back of Motor Trader and glasses guide and got some targeted sites for ya mate [you should DEFO find something in here or at least LOADS to send your CV off to]

Motor Industry specific [mate I just checked these out and they're ALL good 'uns ]:
www.automotiveappointments.co.uk
www.ceauto.co.uk
www.jobsearch-direct.co.uk
www.steele-dixon.co.uk
www.motortradeselect.co.uk [this lot are the daddies ]
www.jgauk.com [this lot are the daddies too ]
www.premierassoc.com
www.jobs.autowired.co.uk

Audi had an ad in the back of motor trader too with the web adress:
www.audicareers.co.uk

More general but they got good automotive positions too:
www.hcpint.co.uk
www.msxi.com

Let me know how you get on, if you want me to send you a couple of old Motor Trader papers, pm me your address

No worries mate, top tip:

Go out and buy the local Autotrader to you and pepper CV's at all the main dealers/franchise owners [e.g. Reg Vardy] or any dealers you fancy working for

Remember the little guys too [like me ] sometimes they take on people with little or no experience, knowing full well you'll fook off in a years/2 years time AND with smaller places theres more chance making "extra" wages

I worked for Reg Vardy a few years back and I was taking home about Ł4.5k a month. I stayed there for 7 months to get back on my feet financially then started my own site up with my best mate

I would go back into, but I wouldn't work weekends ever again.....

Good on you for telling them what what and I hope you get what your looking for soon
