I have been informed that there were no rs turbo's made in rosso red after the early 'e' regs. Is this true as I have found someone with a 90 spec front bumper who is saying its rosso red and the original paint are they lying

i personally thought that they was all made in Radient???

And radient is the nicer deeper red- rossos a bit pink

 

I thought rosso was deeper in colour

Can anyone confirm what years & reg's rosso was used ?

my mate has a rosso red on 90 g plate

 

is it defiantely rosso red and has never been resprayed ?

This could make my search for a 90 spec front bumper a bit easier

i'll ask them if i see them, i think he sold the car and i dont see him much but i'm pretty sure it was rosso

Well we had 2 rosso red s2's on f reg. And yes they are def rosso not just been spreyed said it on the plate on the slam panel And rosso is the deeper colour red!

 

is their sum paint code on the slam panel want 2 knw which mine is????
coz i have 2 red ones both original paint but they do look different

My old cab was on an F-plate and that was Rosso red.
Its darker than radient red. IMO radient looks like its been painted in 2pac really shiney and not flat at all.. rosso just looks like someone has sprayed with celly and not polished it propperly!

 

Mine's D reg & rosso. Rosso is the brighter colour of the 2 btw...radient is deeper & darker.

I am sure rosso is darker than radient, I had an orion in radient and that was lighter than my turbo, arn't the red xr2's rosso as well there a lot darker then radient.

Anyone got a 90 spec turbo in rosso......just to be sure. I dont want to buy a 90 spec bumper and find out its radient
