just people that had it after me didnt look after it.they took big brakes etc etc i had put on it and seaminly put them on a shitter and let this rot.eventually just scrapping it.proper gutted.so many good memorys of the car

 

Fuck stevie where did you find it? was a stunning car this.I can mind seeing it a while back & it was rough looking,i passed it in dalry

 

my brother found it.he also has a pic where it was sitting in saltcoats dented ect.it was saveable then and we tried to get him to sell it and he wouldntthat was only a few months ago aswell

 

I loved that car. I pampered it like no-one would believe, then I sold it to Lewis who made a mess of it who then sold it to you who made an even BIGGER mess of it..! Gimps..!!

Mind neil hanvey had it spent a fortune in seditas on it then he sold it on & it got rougher & rougher

 

sold it to neil.guy av just bought the s1 from.he spent a bomb on the car at seditas.i mean a fortune.god knows where it went after him but certainly in to the wrong hands

 

I lost track of it after you but then I saw it at Crail about '06. Johnny said it was was in the car park so I went for a look expecting it to be much the same but it was fucked, dents on every pannel, cracked windscreen, dash was in bits, rust showing ect it was in a bad way. I knew it was sitting at the top of Saltcoats but that's about it untill you showed me that picture.

What did Neil get done?

 

Neil got a engine rebuilt , gearbox done ect..But it was showing its age then too it had rear section of the sills replaced when i saw it at seditas & a few other bits of welding

 

he got full rebuild of engine,gearbox etc.wasnt anything special but cost him loadsgot it painted i think too.was still good when he brought it up and showed me.that was a good few years ago now mind.
