What reasonably paid jobs are out there that require no qualifications?

exactly mate! it winds tracey up when she is 2 hours late because some inconsiderate tosser throws themself in front of a train.trains are bad enough for time keeping anyway.
i have n sympathy at all for suiciders.just selfish arses who dont think about all the people it effects after, the families are left destressed, the people that are involved in how ever they do it have to live on with it,if they have kids they have trouble understanding.
but its ok for them as they have gone

Telesales, can be a pig of a job but also pays well if your good at it and/or don't give up. Normally very easy to get into as they have such a high staff turn over. 1 year out of secondary school i was earning 25k selling "reduced cost" calls and phone systems. None of this working in the early hours (not that 9-5 is much better)
No qualifications needed, just the will to earn money. It can also be a short term thing too. As above easy to get into, if you find a design opertunity present itself you can leave and if that doesn't work out always get back into a sales role. A few years on i'm out on the road and love it.

Yes, the market is alot worse off than it was but if you are decent at it you can do alright in my experience. Like i said (in the bit you decided not to quote) "it won't be easy though", I was simply offering the guy an option of an unskilled job that he could walk into with the potential of earning more than £7 an hour, like he asked.
Ram - I'm a graphic designer for an advertising company, design for print mostly, vehicle graphics, shop signs, window graphics, banners, etc etc... Far from the glamour end of the job working in London. cushty studio etc etc, but i do enjoy it.

Yep Group 4 Securicor
I have worked for them for 7 years and earned a minimum 21k per year since
The wages have nearly doubled in my time there and i only work 3 shifts per week now (started my own mobile valeting Aug 07) asked if i could reduce my working hours to do my own thing and it wasnt a problem.
I earned £21,500 april - april last year-this year and thats on a 3 day week
BUT i do have it easy as such as i work a sunday nightshift doing a trunk run to Birmingham and back to Edinburgh with a mate in a 7 tonner and also do a wed/thursday dayshift on the transits
Gives me a good wage as i treat the valeting as a hobby as there aint any money in it now as folk just aint spending on 'treats' like that![Sad](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif)
You would need to work prob every 2nd saturday or 3rd if lucky on a normal contract on the transits tho unless you opted for nightshift

just got back from my first 'drivers mate' shift. 11hours but it was piss easy. didnt like getting up at 5am but thats life.
it was only a 1 dayer through an agency but the driver i was with says they got loads of work so hes putting a good word in and they may offer me a full time job. the pay would be £70-£80 a day plus a £20bonus most days. so il be looking at near 100quid a day!
which for a stop gap job id be bloody happy.
think ive found my 'need no qualifications job' lol

Are you saying its impossible to make decent money selling cars?

I blame the media really. They (with the help of the jittery financial numpties) have talked/scared us into this!

How the hell do all these people get offshore? im a mechanic to trade and want to get offshore but nobody seems to be interested in taking me on
.My neighbour was a diver and he was always saying what idiots he had working out there with him that had no clue how to even use a spanner.

I know exactly how you feel as I have been trying to get offshore for about 6 months now with no joy
![Wall](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/wall.gif)
Everytime you send a cv away you just get letters back basicly saying "No offshore experience = no job!"
Its driving me fucking insane!
