Default Approximate cost of a trip to the Nurburgring

Hi could someone thats driven over give me an idea of what it costs and how long it takes to get etc, Im thinking of going for my 30th in January..

It will be possibly shut on the 30th of january due to snow/weather I reckon

IMHO January is out of question. April is not entirely safe snow-wise...

ive personally spent just under a grand the 3 times ive been.

but thats no expense spared, loads of laps, loads of fuel, loads of beer etc. etc.

on the last trip in one day i did 4 TANK FULLS of super unleaded

didnt think of snow, right might have to go on a driving day then, anyone reccomend one thats good, not a 150 quid crap boots one!

Last time I went it cost me an E30 325 . Looking at over a grand to do it properly

my breakdown, we go from dover - dunkirk on nofukline ferrys
dover - ring approx 280miles

£40-£50 ferry return
£25 per night per person guest house
£15 a lap roughly, cheaper the more you buy
then just fuel food and beer money really

doesnt have to be expensive, depends how many laps you do, how much beer you drink and how much fuel your car uses.

dover-dunkirk from sheffield,stopping at the zurburg 3 nights and doing 15 laps cost me £800. that was 6 tanks of fuel. 32mpg there and back,13mpg on the ring.
