saw a few months bk in either performance ford or fast ford a white s2 and it had a black bit painted on the spoiler, like wot a 3door cossie looks like.looked smart i thort.any1 got any pics or remember it?
just gave it a slightly different look.
If its the car I'm thinking of then it was my mate that had the Fast Ford feature... but believe its been around a couple of other members on here before he bought it. Will try dig out some better pics of it, but here's one just now.
IIRC, the guy that bought it locked up in the dual carriageway and pinged it off the central reservation a couple of times... Greig's got pics on his mobile that the guy sent, not a pretty sight.
Yup, a lot of the work was done when Greig bought it... he did a few more bits to the engine when he had it and think he put a bit of stereo in it too. Was a lovely car, sounded great, went really well and had been spec'd properly with the big gearbox and forged internals. Would be good if it was re-shelled, but then I suppose it'd be easier/worth more money to just break it up and sell the bits.
Haha, nah... I was in the other new style Impreza that came along a bit later on with the wee spoiler on the back. Think I was a bit late to get my picture taken!!
Was interesting to see how a feature shoot goes, never realised so much went into it to be honest, loads of setting up and tricks to get the best pictures.

Cheers Dan, weren't the quickest I've had but there was something about it, loved how it sat. Blew the gearbox for me, but looks like I got off lucky. Shame it's gone
