ok well basically when i change gear quick and sumtimes when i do it slow theres like a crunch as if somethings catchin? any ideas?

my mr2 does it. someone told me it was worn synchro rings.

if it is syncros then you need box rebuild or new box. what have you had fixed? was it buy someone reputable?
