hi guys and girls, picked up escort cab a few weeks ago all in white, ie roof, white leathers, rst rims etc is this limited edition model?

its got you all thinking eh! car came out of fords with all the gear white rst kit, white roof, white leather with brown/cream piping, white rst rims, even dash matches piping etc!

ok mate will do 2morrow, its got me baffled though ive had loads of fords but not seen one like this, the log book etc just says escort cab!

 

its not anything special ford have done imo someone has just add them them on with any old ford car

 

just seems a lot of trouble for someone to go to ie, matching dash etc with piping on seats then leave it sitting for 7 years , know what i mean

Yes, you car is the rarest of the cabs produced.

I assume the RST wheels are white too?

There were only 150 of these made in 1988 for the UK in Right hand drive, and 150 in left hand drive for the Eurpoean market.

didnt know it was rare

 

ive seen a few of them but i never realised the interior was white as well

 

well pleased now i know what it is, better put it in my garage and put me black rst on the drive eh!

 

now we know its one of only 150 made, what was the model called and how much is it worth or how many left!
