Celtic tried the old walls up and counter/long ball tonight and got hammered. Should have been 5-0. To be fair though they had a couple of good shots which forced the saves so fair play.

 

Could have been 7-0 m8,jonny,i dangled the worm and you bit big time m8 !!

 

Perhaps he's just being realistic and not thinking his team are among the best in the UK. Scottish football is average at best. Granted maybe you don't like playing against other "unworthy" scottish opponents but atleast alot of the clubs here try to be sustainable and don't have millions injected into them and wander why they still end up with so much debt. Something you're going to have to live with I'm afraid.

 

were shite and we know we are. i do hate the old firm because youd think they were the be all and end all of scottish football. there is a hell of a lot more teams out there even if they cant buy the success. and the fans that pass by and ignore local teams to travel through to watch celtic and rangers are just glory hunting ballbags.
i support any british team, even hibs, in europe but love to see celtic and rangers humbled as it shuts them up for a while from their incesant rambling about how they are to big for scottish football and how they should be allowed to join the premiership as they think thats more their level. evidently its not.
