are they the sane for all cars ??

as in 230 white the same for a honda/volvo/merc

or is it car make AND paint code ???

car make and paint code every time but they can be cross referenced to see if that particular shade is used by different car manufacturers

Different manufacturers have different codes mate.

Are you after a specific colour or is it just a question from interest?

just need a can of230 white for my impreza, got some mixed but it was like water and cant get it to stick firm without 5000 thin coats,,,, been sanding all fucking day

its just a grill but need a ratle can for it, rather get a off the shelf can

Oh right mate, not sure where you will get a rattle can from. Halfords? Local discount shop?
