Has anyone else had massive hassle getting it to work? Been trying to get my little sisters sorted out and I'm stuck - seems to work intermittently? Its down to sky itself as the computer is connected to the net at all times, it just won't browse? The sky connection just sits at connecting until it times out?

I'm with SKY and everything is cushty. However it wasn't at first, the Netgear routers are very sensitive to line noise and work a million times better if you connect it directly to the main phone socket. On modern sockets if you remove the front cover there is another socket beind it, connect to that. If you don't have the extra socket, like me, you can hard wire it.

Turns out its a line problem, so the pikeys may well have taken the cable
