I am 16K in debt due to student loans and I'm about £600 into my over draft. But this is my last year of uni now at the age of 22 and have myself a S1 valued at £6250.00, a hifi worth over 3k and two mountain bikes worth over 2k each so haven't done too bad lol

Complete managable debt at the moment, and it don't really make a dent in what i earn (but can't be bothered to pay it off quicker...i'm tooo greedy!!!) but if i ever needed the money quickly, the S1 would have to go!!!

Im proud (ish) to say that I recently sold the cossie to clear quite a bit of my debt:

£5000 Credit Cards
£800 overdraft

Both now clear as of the start of this month............ but I no longer have the cossie and i've been working myself stupid at 2 jobs for the last 3.5 months.

Now, all I have left is:

£10k Bank loan
£30k Mortgage (altho I stupidly put £18k down on the house when I bought it and the fookers now wont release it)
Guess my share of the house is now worth around £55k.

Have now quit the evening part time job to work on the Beds Track Day (unpaid ) but cant wait to clear the bank loan..... then I swear I will NEVER EVER get myself into the situation again where my outgoings were more than my income.

Oh and just a word of advice to you lot NEVER LEND YOUR MATE MONEY, NO MATTER HOW MUCH SH1T THEY GET THEMSELVES INTO

£2100 on a loan that will be paid off on the 1st July next year.

And thats it. Was a bit worse off a few year back, but bit the bullet and consolidated all the debts i had into a £6000 loan over 2 years.

Its been hard like, not always having the money to go out and shit, but i feel soooo much better for it.

I'll never use a credit card again as long as i live unless its for something properly major that i can't avoid using it for.

Thing is my general plan was to eventually move out once the debts were cleared next year...thing is i can't afford to do that now cos of the crazy house prices.

Any ideas what else i could so with the spare cash???
