when i click on safari i get the message im not suscribed the a cellular data service, but its a 3g sim, i got the text from 02 to says its all activated, i changed the bit ont he phone to payasyougo.


works fine on wifi just 3g doesnt work, ive got the 3g logo at top left screen but i get that popup when try use internet

sounds like you just dont have the access points configured correctly

 

access posints? theres nothing to configure thats what i dont get all it says to do is change it to pay as go in the settings, i did call 02 after speaking to someone wjho i could hardly understand, going over the same things i already have done i gave up after 5 mins and hung up

 

Mine does the same if I remove the settings for the data network in order to stop it costing me when abroad. What have you got in Settings -> general -> network -> cellular data network ?

 

err strange went into it and it was still mobile.02.co.uk changed it to pay as go and its working pmsl
