Nope, ive had about 4hrs last night, maybe 4 the night before and the night before that was the only night i had a full one!
Making up for it through the day though, trying to sleep once the painkillers kick in and making me drowsy.
Ive just took a pic of my face, looks like ive swallowed a golf ball

Oh yeah... I got that dry something syndrome too. :-( Now it hurts, first time completly off pain killers in days, this sucks. I only went to see how our Warsaw branch is doing and to have something done by them on my car and I got stuck there for 5 hours....
I talked to my dentist today about what you're going through and she says she has some patients flying over from England for fillings etc. because they got treated so badly by NHS, that is really terrible!!

OMG sarah, your much more swollen than I am!
Mine seems to be higher up on my cheek, whereas yours is lower down below your jaw.
I brushed my teeth tonight, took ages, dead slow and a fair bit of blood come out, and i went nowhere near the "site!"
Hope you improve soon !

I am much better now, thanks. But I have some problems woth fronteeth that moved from their places being crashed by the wisdomteeth and now are moving to their places, it hurt and all docttors say it shouldn't, which is strange. I wonder about Sarah?
Just get yourself couple of days off, a lot of painkillers and try to sleep as much as possible. It's not nice but hopefully you'll feel much better.

Had mine out just over 2 weeks ago, still suffering with a lot of jaw ache. It turns out they dislocated my jaw to "increase access"!
The disolvable stitches aint disolving either.lol
Not a nice procedure. Good luck with the recovery mate!

Its quite common as well for them to do it! Bastards! LOL
I went to the GP and she snipped some of the excess stitches out cos mine was flapping about. They can take 8 weeks to disolve ive found out as well.
I really did look like death warmed up for the first week, and everyone said "you've only had a tooth out, whats all the fuss over!!!"

I reckon that was inflaming the open tooth socket cos my jaw felt like it was on fire. I knocked that stuff on the head and went back to strongish saltwater mouthwashes and it soon went away, and it also got rid of the foookin foul taste that i permanently had in my mouth.
Hope you get it sorted chap.

I had similar mate, did they give you some antiseptic mouthwash, the pinky stuff that tastes like brake cleaner?

You'll probably end up with an extra course of anti-biotics by the sounds of it.
Sounds rank, but if its a decent infection you'll be able to smell it on your breath, or someone close to you will?
My gp said that i'd got ligament strain and soft tissue damage on my jaw joint caused by the disloctaion. Funny thing was it wasnt too bad for the first 24-36 hours, only after that did it really kick in and hurt like a cooont.
I still cant open my mouth very wide (ie when trying to yawn), its gonna take weeks to get back to normal.
