what we looking at peeps??
Nip states 6 points or ban fr non comply, so is it 6 points or will it be the norm 3 ??

Not at that speed you won't mate, unless they've changed the criteria.
People a little over will, this much over they don't see as an honest mistake.
Should be 3 points, they are wanting to put this amount over up to 6, can't wait for that....

wasnt me but was in a car of mne so i got the nip, was on a duel carriageway going out of blackpool, very lucky as was slightly more before spotted camera so 3pts would be a big let off....
as far as law change i heard it changed in sep to 3 catergories
a = up to a certain amount 3 points 60 fine
b = from max limit of cat a to double speed limit 6 points and larger fine
c = double limit on is minimum 28 day ban,6 points and fine is your weekly wage
how true above is i dont know as was from a friend of a friend and being as ive not been caught,never looked into it
