as far as law change i heard it changed in sep to 3 catergories

a = up to a certain amount 3 points 60 fine
b = from max limit of cat a to double speed limit 6 points and larger fine
c = double limit on is minimum 28 day ban,6 points and fine is your weekly wage

how true above is i dont know as was from a friend of a friend and being as ive not been caught,never looked into it
