Never seen anything like that before! Interesting as guessing this would elimanate lag, why are these not more popular? Do they work?

I thought Brown Bovari Chargers only made diesel applications???
I know they do the turbos on my Generators on the ship, but didn't know they did anything for petrol? Might work. Might not.
