This is based on it being the same as the standard n95
Connect it to your PC via the usb cable provided in the box
It will appear as an external HDD in "my computer" (you may have to select something on your phone at this point, in which case select mass storage)
Locate the song on your pc, drag and drop onto the music / songs (cant remember what its called exactly) folder on your phone
Then on your phone, go to the music player, options, then refresh music library, then it should appear in your list of songs when u go to "all songs"

I either bluetooth mine or the other day to do a few I just stuck the USB cable in it and highlighted the songs and sent them to the drive the phone was plugged into... didn't even have to use the disc that came with it....

Every Nokia I have ever used works in two ways;
1) send a file to it using bluetooth (if the computer supports this). It is recieved as a text message, open it, when you close it will ask you to save the file, you do. Then it appears in the relevant location - ie if it was a song it will appear in the music library. The text message can be deleted without deleting the newly saved file.
2) Use Nokia PC Suite. Connect via USB, open the PC Suite, choose the relevant service you want. ie, if you want to transfer music select TRANSFER MUSIC (or whatever it's called)
