thats really cool, reminds me so much of the america civics in the design(apart from the 4wd of course)

Im guessing gt42+ i must rev really high to have a decent enough power band(even for drag) i would think 9-10krpm

Im really not so sure, these LET vauxhall engines just spool these big turbos up so well.

My 35R drives better than a T34 does on a YB!

Ive got a 42R twinscroll I might try on mine for a laugh at some point, and I bet its on boost nicely by 4500rpm which would give me a 4500rpm power band, ie more than an average T34 YB cossie has.

So would this be 4wd to beat the Impreza? or a high power FWD?

thats quite naughty indeed.

Chip, for some reason i thought the Vauxhall engines responded well to a decent intercooler - but one doesnt appear to evident on that car.

in your opinion, why would they choose to not run with one - turbo size maybe being a decideing factor and the fact it may be running at no great strain so therefor hardly developing any excesivly high heat levels?

Just trying to understad it thats all.

Kelv, Probably runs some sort of methanol injection to keep inlet temps down, might be wrong though.
