Standard zetec head flowing 200bhp at atmospheric? Dream on. 180bhp if you're very lucky.

im doing this conversion on my mk2 i have the throttle bodies and the engine just goto get all the fiddly bits to adapt rwd

I'm 99% sure Emerald can control VVT so why would it be a problem ?
Early GSXR throtle bodies are individual and dead easy to re-space.
Here is a pic of a set mounted using the bike inlets bolted to a webber inlet manifold.

PA SJO: PF Daves Zetec runs a standard head and made well over 200 on and engine dyno and I know a few other people who have run over 200bhp in a Focus with T/Bs and a standard head, and as mentioned the 170 head is far better.

Alan: You need the full tuner package to tune the ECU, I dont think a normal handset will allow custom tuning of the Blackoak, as I think it just uploads a new preset map, but I maybe wrong.

212-215 on an engine dyno iirc and its not a mental spec engine (still drives nicely on the road etc). It didnt get like 201-2 is the point.

Back on the subject of the 170 head, in Geremany they have a ST170 series (like the Clio cup) and they run 240bhp on the standard head.
