Default cossie is broken!!

well as the title says its broken,only just got her motd,went to see a mate bottom end let go and is knocking like a good un

totally gutted spent the whole summer getin it painted bought loads of new stuff for it and now this..really testing my patience now!!

ah feel for ya fella!i am done the same spent nearly a grand doing the headgasket etc now got a strange noise from the bottom end!best thing to do is what i have done!cover the car up and forget about it for a while !

i know what you mean i got my s2 looking good for the ford fair, restored it got engine set up by harvey gibbs, now misfiring again not sure what problem is

not had it checked over yet but im pretty certain

i were steady away doin 70 on the m-way and all of a sudden metal on metal sound..really loud aswell.

dont sound to good tbh!do u have a oil pressure gauge fitted!!

nightmare mate. A friend of mind had a MR2 had it a month then the bottom end let go. He repaired that then bought an evo 6. He had that 2 weeks and blew it up. Number 2 piston let go and scored all the block. People go on about jap reliability. What a load of shite.

very much so fella!yours has done well tho to get to that mileage with out a rebuild!!!at least its let go at the begining of winter nd not the summer!
