Looking for a wee bit of advice. How much should I be expecting to pay for the car below?

Sapphire Cosworth 4x4 - 1992 'K' plate.
92000 miles
Standard spec apart from dump valve and stainless exhaust.
Engine solid
Leather interior - good condition
Last owner had it for over 4 years
Full service history
Loooooads of receipts
Cat 1
Needs a full respray (apparently quoted at £700) after some monk put paint stripper over it. Some rust on the arches and probably gonna need a new front wing (looks fine but the spraypainter recommended renewing it)
May need new alloys - one of the existing one's has a small crack.

Any ideas?

 

With good bodywork i'd put it about £5k
Needs £1k spending - plus aggro..

I'd offer £3.5k and see what happens.

Loads of reciepts just goes to show what a moneypit cossies can be!
