just a quick one . ive won something on ebay and i think the seller may try to get out of the sale. its reached less than what he said he wanted in the listing. but the listing had no reserve . nether did it mention anything about noty reaching a certain amount .

what can i do if he doesnt honour the sale , surely he is legal obliged to do so?

 

AFAIK if it sells for less than he wanted, then tough titties to him

he should have put a reserve on it...

thats exactly my opinion aswell.

the way i see it he has two options. sell to me for the price it was one for . or ill go through all the channels and get the ebay account suspended?

he should sell you it, when we bought our T4 we offered the seller Ł750 and he declined, we won it for Ł455

He just told us to bring the vaseline when we picked it up, was sound about it as well didnt try and not sell it was more than helpful

 

he is also a user on here. told me he wanted atleast 750 for it , won the auction for 510.
