Got up this morning to find the kids have been messing with my phone. It's asking for the PUK code. I have no idea what this is. Anyone know what it is or how i can find out ? cheeRS

It means they have switched it off and back on again and then entered 3 wrong codes in it.
I know with an Orange phone, you can log onto your account on line and request a PUK code which you then enter into the phone to unlock it. This may be the case with other service providers but you may have to ring them up if you can't do it on line.

All operators have to provide the PUK code on their website. I can get one for mine from T-Mobile after I have logged into my account on their website.
If you haven't set up an account or can't figure it out, just ring your carrier (obviously from another phone ) and ask them for it
