Default turbo

anyone had a turbo which only smokes on over run or anyone had a new turbo which is faulty try to find out why my 2wd smokes only on overrun not just a puff a shit load of smoke

am i right this is evidence of poor engine breathing i could be wrong tho as there will be plenty on here that will tell ya

Sounds breather related. Most Cossies do this, especially if tuned.

or guides or stem seals, if it smokes when you throttle after over run...

im in a dilema done compression test and 150 give or take a few psi been told maybe stem seal or guides but just started smoking overnight put new turbo on made no difference does anyone no if breather needs any one way valves in the pipes mine has 1 pipe from crank to canister 1 from rocker cover to canister 1 drain out the bottom

yes the pipe just vents to atmosphere where do i start im a mechanic knowing how much gaskets are do i rip the head off find wear on guides do them put back togeather and find it was something else youve got to love cossies anyone got a mountain bike for sale
