Went to see this last night, absolutely fantastic film so if anyone is stuck for what to see, would definitely recommend it. Jason Statham is superb, although looking quite old now the effects are fantastic though really enjoyed the full thing. Only downside was the ending was quite abrupt but couldnt complain about a single thing really.

ill wait till it comes onto dvd, does look good though, is it as cheesy as the original death race 2000 with david caradine and sylvester stallone awell as a few other well know actors of today

saw it on dvd already,wasn't expecting much to be honest so was quite surprised,definately worth watching.

 

i went to see this last night and was expecting tack tbh but i was well suprised.they have pulled it up up and actually made a film well worth watching imo.
the acting from most is good,the story is actually so so much better than i thought it would be.
and its is visually great.they hardly used any cgi on it as well.most was live footage for a change
and the collection of cars used was great.new mustang,old e34 bmw 5 series,jag xjs and a chrysler 300c hemi to name a few

 

Also saw it last night, was awesome!

i watched this friday night great storyline. i agree about the abrupt ending great film tho well worth 90 mins of my life

Think I'll have to watch this is everyone is saying it's good. Johnathon Ross said on Film 2008 that he though it was great too. Must be a good film. Pleased to hear there's not much CGI, as thats ruining alot of films for me these days.

 

Watched it friday, definatley reccomend it.

 

Just finished watching it, well worth a watch and a lot better than I expected.
