yes, so it's going to cost a lot's to save a few quid

will work if you are thinking long term, but not short term

long term being 20+ years and selling the spre engery back to the leccy board (the meter will start to turn backwards and undo the cost of your electric, if it starts to go to far backwards you can set up an account to "sell" the electric to the national grid but it makes no odds either way)

I guess he means you're making more electricity than you are using, and hence sending it back down the line to the electricity board - ie. you are selling them your solar energy lol

yup

if your panels are producing more energy than you are using, the extra will go back intothe grid, but i think that's what you need to be set up for

so if you are using 100 units of electric a week and the solar power is producing 150 then you can sell the extra 50 units back to the national grid

so you need to know how much wil be produced and how much you normally use, then factor in what the cost of instalation etc will be to work out how long it will take you to pay it all back

if you can't afford the cost of the instal in the first place then there is no need to go any further, but if you can do so then the savings can start almost imediatly

thats a more pro version, im not thinking of that far ahead tbh

was thinking of some panels on me roof comming down to a auxilary fuse box and wire the plasma to it and the electric shower ect, just cause that must cost 30 quid a month on its own

just thinking out loud also, aint bothered about the green house shite either

aint there alsoa way to claim back the cash from the governement also ?

you're going to need some serious solar panels to run an electric shower either that or have some big batteries and shower once a month

you'd be better off having solar water heating
