Exclamation bought this actuator off a member, brand new??? "pictures"

bought this actuator off a member on here, i wont name him as of yet until i get some correspondance off him, look at the pictures, would you say this is new?

looks like it is used as there is corrosion over it?

The pitfalls of buying cheap parts i'm afraid.

Doesn't look 'brand' new obviously, but doesn't mean to say it's been used and is knackered.

It may not have been used so no one can make that judgement really, as it may have just sat in a garage for a years lol.

On the other hand, if i bought something described as 'new', and it turned up looking like that , i know it would get sent straight back , for a refund!!!!!!!!!

it could be new and unused,just doesnt look pretty.
did you pay new price for it?
if not then you have a unused item for the price of a used item,bargain,just get it painted.

This could be sold as "never used", "new", "never fitted" and still look like that, just by beeing stored. But did you get the words "mint condition", or a picture of a mint actuator you should return it

On the advert was it advertised as 'MINT' or new! there is a difference believe it or not!
