Ice bath after hard work out?
Bit of an odd subject, but has anyone ever had an ice-bath after really beasting themselves at the gym? Just had a killer football training sesh, and have had 20 mins in an ice bath afterwards 
... All my bits have dissapeared 
, but have to say my legs do feel a lot better now, but will found out in the morning if I can walk or not?
Any Experiences?

Its basically to get all the latic acid out of your muscles, so that when you get out you get fresh blood into your muscles and the latic acid build up has been flushed out.
I would say that unless you training at a very high level its largely un-needed.
