OMEX Managment problems
As you may remember i posted up about possibly ditching the omex 600ecu and going back to p8, so ive spent the day removing it all and inspecting it, and i was horified at the engine loom!!! crips, solders, loose ends
but the things that struck me was no knock sensor or speedsensor, and only one earth on the fuel rail!! can some one fill me in on if all ecu systems need a knock sensor, where is it ment to fit, on a escort cosworth and same with the speed sensor, in the omex handbook it show them.
cheers

seems strange as there shown in the handbook for it i'm just trying to get to the bottom of my problems!! i have plugs coming out in different colours! some lean some rich but at complete random!! with massive backfires accasionly.
another thing i noticed is the lamba sensor heater live was taken of the injector lives and aparently they have a big loading!! that could be a problem!! making the injectors have different power.
