Default some advice needed please on turbo

hi people i was getting a leak on the banjo fittings for the water from header tank ,so put new copper washers stil was leaking so tightend the banjo bolts abit more and snap one bolt ,so got new ones new washers and tightend again and it stil leaks .the engine can be running and there no problem but when u rev it abit when the engine come back down in revs it seem to leak abit i guess it coming from the banjo fittings but dont want to tightend more case i break it again any ideas have i missed something out

well i went to fords and they dont do them anymore so i got the closes i could that would fit over the thread of banjo bolts

Talking banjo

the banjo fitting smetimes crack on the brazing joint mate quite a common problem you dont need to really hang off the pins to get the copper washers to seal as they are so soft that is y they use them have a close look at the point where the pipe enters the round part of the banjo fitting hope this helps regards sie
