M8 had the top spec one v6 limited edition. Put the 2.5 litre american sti engine in it.

I really don;t see a reason to go 2.5 litre if you can have so much classic rally-style power and torque with EJ20 )) More then 2.0 in homologation special is somehow strange to me :-(

Not my thing really scoobies been there done that , it so much quicker though with that engine and that was his aim.

Give me an escort any day. On my second saph cossie at the moment would love my next to be an escort

Paul, always loved cossies so got rid of scoob and bought a cossie. Only bought scoob to say i had owned one. Plan was to keep it a few months but it ended up nearly 2 years

Brilliant cars though for the money proper all rounders

I've had a poater of an escort cossie since 1992 and finally i've got one. There is no other car like it not even in todays market!!!!

really wanted a escort cos but i wanted to live with my missus more hopefully in the next year or so i will be able to sell my M3 and get an escort cos, but my problem is if i am gonna buy one i want the lowest mileage cleanest example going (pref monte in jewel violet) but i am looking at abou 16 to 19k for one and i'm not sure i can warrent spending that amount of money on a 10 year old ford cossie or otherwise, for that money i would rather buy a '99 M5
guess i'll be going now , now that i have started about bm's

i have a fiesta rst at the mo and really want an escort cosworth! but the big QUESTION is how reliableare they? can u get 350-400bhp reliably? be able to use it track dayingmost weekend having the thrash on the motorway with other fast cars? or do they always break down???
