what will convert a download dvd to a format that will play on a dvd player ?
basically i download something the other day and want to burn it to dvd so it will play on the kids dvd player in their room . but my mate says i have to convert it first .
now he put Nero on my pc to do this , but after trying 10 time to use it i got mad and deleted it .
i convert and save to hard drive . then after the hour of converting i click to just burn to disc and it kept going thru the conversion process aover and over . so i got rid .
i downloaded a convertor the other day which is simple and does the buisness. its $49 to but other wise you get some adverts of the website ghosted on the dvd . ive got no probs paying for it cos i find it easy but just wanted to know what you lot use ??

Depends what type of file you are trying to convert. Try to find a program called ConvertXtoDVD transcoder i think it's made be a company called VSO. You buy it from http://www.vso-software.fr/?ap=avang...8&afs=gukcx3_2 or download it from other sources

Sorry forgot to put how to use it...
Once installed this is the easiest converter to use. Just click/drag the file into the program box, insert blank dvd click convert. Takes between 40 - 60 mins and you don't get the lip blips!
